Since after the 9th of August, as everyone know that prices of fine has taken a high peak:due to the amendment of new Motor Vehicle Act 2019. Government passed this act not to collect an increased amount of fine, but to ensure that no is harmed anymore from road accident. Many people still don't understand the positive effect of this initiative. Although, the amount of fine have been increased; which will cause a huge loss from one who is found guilty for not carrying proper paper works related to vehicles.But one should ensure while driving he/she should carry all related document with them. Many news have been seen in which the people are caught while driving with incomplete paper works of vehicles and charged with a huge amount. This result in anger against government which is totally stupid thing. If you know that the new rule has been implemented than why to go out with improper documentations. Except in emergency situation.
